  • Please note that our handcrafted jewelry may take approximately 2 to 10 days for production. Tracking details will be emailed upon shipment.
  • We ship orders via LBC nationwide and may use same-day couriers within Metro Manila when available. It is up to the discretion of the rider whether to leave the package if the customer isn’t home to receive it. Since we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been proof of delivery, please contact us at matamatajewels@gmail.com or via Viber/WhatsApp at +63-917-624-1638 / +63-939-918-3669 if you’d prefer to ship to a secure address.

We ship worldwide via FedEx. Shipping timelines typically range from 3 to 9 business days, depending on the destination. Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and must be shouldered by the customer. Customs clearance or local delays may affect delivery times.

All sale, discounted, and custom orders are final. We accept exchanges for unworn, non-custom items purchased online, provided they are in their original, undamaged packaging and the request is made within 24 hours of receiving the item. Kindly wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. If eligible, we can offer store credit for the same value.

SIZING GUIDE

Our custom-made jewelry is crafted in gold or sterling silver, which can be delicate and bendable—just reshape gently if needed.

To keep your pieces in good shape, avoid wearing them while exercising, swimming, or showering. Silver naturally tarnishes with wear and exposure, so wipe after use and store in a sealed plastic bag. Tarnish adds to their heirloom appeal, but if you prefer a brighter finish, we offer repair and replating services—just email us for a quote.
